Issues to be paid attention to during installation, use, and debugging of YCB arc gear pump

We provide you with information on the issues that need to be paid attention to during the installation, use, and debugging of YCB arc gear pumps.

(1) Before starting, the valves in the suction and discharge pipelines should be fully opened, and it is strictly prohibited to start with the valves closed

(2) Before starting, check the sealing of all pipeline flanges and joints

(3) First, start by injecting the conveyed liquid into the pump

(4) Disc coupling, no friction or collision sound

After verifying the direction of motor rotation, start the motor

What precautions should be taken when operating the YCB arc gear pump:

1. Before operating the pump, the motor rotation, flange, and joint sealing should be verified, and each valve should be carefully checked for correct opening and closing. It is prohibited to start the oil pump with the pump outlet pipeline valve open to avoid accidents.

2. Regularly (half a month) clean the filter to avoid clogging and affecting the flow rate. Regularly check and adjust the oil discharge pressure of the safety valve

3. During the operation of the pump, attention should be paid to the readings of the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge. If the pressure gauge reading is too large, it indicates that the pump outlet pipeline is blocked. If the vacuum gauge reading is too large, it indicates that the suction pipe is blocked, causing cavitation of the pump

4. The pump speed should be from low to high, slowly accelerate, and maintain the corresponding speed. It should not run at any speed, nor should it fluctuate between high and low

If the pump is stopped for a long time, it should be treated with rust prevention and properly stored

6. Add lubricating grease to the bearings every six months

7. The pipeline should have a pipe rack, and the pump is not allowed to bear the load of the pipeline. The installation height of the pump should be protected from exceeding the allowable self suction height during pump operation

8. When parking, first turn off the motor and then close the inlet and outlet valves of the pump
