It is a closed screw pump with internal meshing, mainly composed of a liner (stator) with a double head spiral cavity and a single head spiral screw (rotor) that meshes with it in the stator cavity
The G-type single screw pump belongs to the rotor type positive displacement pump, which relies on the meshing of the screw and the liner to produce volume changes in the suction and discharge chambers to transport liquids. It is a closed screw pump with internal meshing, mainly composed of a liner (stator) with a double head spiral cavity and a single head spiral screw (rotor) that meshes with it in the stator cavity. When the input shaft drives the rotor to rotate around the center of the stator through a universal joint, the stator rotor pair continuously meshes to form a sealing chamber. These sealing chambers move uniformly in axial direction without changing their volume, transporting the conveying medium from the suction end through the stator rotor pair to the press out end. The medium sucked into the sealing chamber flows through the stator without being stirred or damagedThe inner surface of the liner has double threads, with any cross-section being a long circle. The two ends are semicircles with a radius of R (equal to the screw cross-section radius), and the middle is a straight segment with a length of 4e.
