Installation and precautions for rotor pump magnetic pump:

1. Prepare the concrete foundation according to the foundation size, and bury the ground anchor bolts.

2. Before installation, the pump and motor should be inspected, and all parts should be intact and free of debris inside the pump.

3. Place the unit on the foundation, and place a pair of wedge pads between the bottom plate and the foundation. Use the high-speed pad to align the level of the pump.

4. The suction and discharge pipelines of the pump should have brackets, and the pump should not be used to support the pipelines. The inlet and outlet pipe paths should be consistent with the pump inlet and outlet diameters.

5. When installing the high viscosity rotor pump magnetic pump, the inlet pipe should be connected first, filled with liquid, and then the outlet pipe should be connected to correct the direction.
