Precautions for using a three screw magnetic pump

1. As the cooling and lubrication of the magnetic pump bearings rely on the medium being transported, it is prohibited to operate it in idle mode, and to avoid the spatiotemporal load operation caused by restarting after a power outage during operation

2. If there are solid particles in the medium being transported, a filter screen should be added at the pump inlet. If there are ferromagnetic particles, a magnetic filter should be added3. The ambient temperature of the magnetic driven screw pump during use should be less than 40 ℃, and the motor temperature rise should not exceed 75 ℃4. The medium being transported and its temperature should be within the allowable range of the pump material (see attached table). The operating temperature of engineering plastic pumps; Lt; 60 ℃, the operating temperature of the metal pump; Lt; 100 ℃, conveying suction pressure not exceeding 0.2mpa, working pressure 1.6mpa, density not exceeding 1600kg/m3, particle size not exceeding 30 × A liquid containing 10-6m2/s without hard particles and fibers

5. For media that are prone to precipitation and crystallization, they should be cleaned in a timely manner after use and the accumulated liquid in the pump should be drained.

After running for 100 hours, the wear of the bearings and end face moving rings of the CQB magnetic pump should be inspected and replaced with non reusable vulnerable parts7. The inner and outer magnetic couplings of the magnetic driven screw pump are made of permanent magnet materials, which may pose potential hazards to the following devices. Please keep the following devices away from this series of pumps, such as heart pacemakers, credit cards and other magnetic cards, calculators, computer disks, watches, etc
