Working principle:

The motor drives the diaphragm on the left and right plungers to move back and forth through the gearbox. In the left and right pump chambers, there are four one-way ball valve diaphragms that move up and down, causing a change in the volume of the working chamber, forcing the four one-way ball valves to alternately open and close, thereby continuously sucking and discharging liquid.
Working mode:
The action mode of the electric diaphragm pump is only applicable when selecting a pneumatic actuator, and its action mode is formed by the combination of the positive and negative effects of the actuator and the positive and negative effects of the valve. There are four types of combinations, namely positive and negative (air close type), positive and negative (air open type), reverse (air open type), and negative (air close type). The diaphragm pump formed by these four combinations has two modes of action: air open and air close. The selection of diaphragm pump operation mode is mainly considered from three aspects: process production safety; The characteristics of the medium; Protecting product quality with minimal economic losses.
Five major characteristics:
1. No need for irrigation, with a self suction capacity of over 7 meters.
2. Through powerful particles, mud, etc. with a diameter of less than 10 millimeters, they can effortlessly pass through.
3. Due to the separation of the diaphragm from the conveying medium and transmission mechanical components, the medium will not leak outward appropriately. And the pump itself has no shaft seal, which extends its service life. According to different media, the diaphragm can be divided into chloroprene rubber, fluororubber, nitrile rubber, etc., all of which can meet the requirements of different users.
4. Small size and light weight: Due to the use of a planetary cycloidal transmission structure, the pump type has a smaller size. Compared with similar pumps, its volume and weight are reduced by about half.
5. The medium flowing through the pump body can be divided into cast iron, stainless steel, rubber lining according to user requirements. The motor can be divided into ordinary type, performance stable type, and speed regulation type. This pump is currently used in the following situations.
