The YHCB gear pump is developed based on the circular arc gear pump, using foreign excellent gear tooth profile technology, new processes, and new gear materials. Its performance is greatly improved compared to the original circular arc gear pump. Due to the use of new processes and stable gear materials, its application range is wider, including fuel systems as conveying pressurized injection pumps, industrial lubrication high-temperature pumps, and is an ideal supporting equipment for industries such as petroleum, environmental protection and fire protection, engineering machinery, metallurgical ceramics, mining smelting, and automotive modification. The YHCB gear pump adopts a double arc wheel structure, which is a new product that adapts to the development of oil pump needs. It is a special gear pump with energy-saving effects. It has the advantages of large flow rate, high pressure, small volume, low noise, low input speed, strong self suction, and easy installation and maintenance.
Compared to other gear pumps, the YHCB gear pump has the characteristic of large flow rate, mainly used for conveying viscosity between 5-1500 cst. Various liquids with a temperature not exceeding 80 ℃ and without solid particles or corrosive properties, such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, and mechanical lubricants. It is an ideal optimized pump type for the petroleum tank car modification industry and the petroleum sector.
Product Installation and Maintenance Rules
1、 The pump can be installed in refueling vehicles and oil depot pump rooms, and the installation oil circuit design on the vehicle should comply with the specified functions in Article 4.18.1 of GB9414-88. 2、 When installing and using on a fuel truck, attention should be paid to:
(1) The pump is driven by the output shaft of the power take-off of the car gearbox. The pump should be installed as far forward as possible, and the inclination angle between the pump shaft and the transmission shaft should not exceed 7 degrees.
(2) The pump should be lifted onto an angle steel welded hanger, and the height of the pump can be determined based on the output shaft axis of the power take-off. The left and right positions of the pump should be as close as possible to the car longitudinal beam (to avoid interference between the pump and the car drive shaft), and fixed on the car longitudinal beam with bolts.
(3) The inlet of the suction pipe shall not be less than 70mm, and the vertical scale of the suction shall not exceed 5m
(4) During operation, the pressure gauge should not exceed 0.5Mpa. The vacuum gauge should not exceed -0.08Mpa.
3、 It is prohibited to operate the pump when the pump is not filled with liquid. Otherwise, it will burn out the seal.
4、 Before operating the YHCB arc gear pump, the motor direction, flange, and joint sealing should be verified. Carefully check whether each valve is opened and closed correctly. It is prohibited to start the oil pump without opening the valve in the pump outlet pipeline. To avoid accidents.
5、 Regularly, usually once every two weeks, clean the filter. To avoid blockages that may affect the flow rate, regularly check and adjust the oil discharge pressure of the safety valve. The diameter of the inlet pipe shall not be lower than that of the outlet pipeline.
6、 The pump should run from low to high, slowly accelerating and maintaining the corresponding speed. It is not allowed to operate at excessive speed, nor can it fluctuate high or low.
7、 During the operation of the pump, attention should be paid to observing the readings on the pressure gauge and vacuum gauge. If the pressure gauge reading is too large, it indicates that the head is too high or the pump outlet pipeline is blocked and overloaded. If the vacuum gauge reading is too large, it indicates that the suction head is too large or the suction pipe is blocked, which is due to pump cavitation
8、 If the pump is stopped for a long time, it should be treated with rust prevention and properly stored.
9、 Add calcium based grease to the bearings every six months.
10、 The pipeline should have a pipe rack, and the pump is not allowed to bear the load of the pipeline. The installation height of the pump should be protected to not exceed the allowable vacuum suction height during pump operation.
11、 Turn off the motor within the parking time limit, and then close the outlet valve of the pump.
