The ingenuity of the design of a flexible cycloidal rotor pump lies in the fact that regardless of the motor's forward or reverse rotation, the pump's oil suction and discharge directions remain unchanged, with the lower chamber still absorbing oil and the upper chamber discharging oil.
The cycloidal rotor pump has a compact structure due to the close coincidence of the inner and outer rotor centers; Due to the simultaneous rotation of the inner and outer rotors, the number of meshing teeth per revolution is small, and each oil cavity between the rotor teeth overlaps with each other during the working cycle, resulting in smooth operation, low pulsation, and low noise; Due to its advantages of axial oil injection, low cavitation, and high volumetric efficiency, it is widely used as a lubricating oil pump for small and medium-sized four stroke internal combustion engines.
The flexible rotor pump mainly consists of internal tooth rotor, external tooth rotor, pump body, and performance stable electric motor components. During the meshing process, the inner and outer toothed rotors generate a secondary meshing effect, automatically forming several independent enclosed spaces. The meshing and rotation of the inner and outer toothed rotors cause a change in the volume of each space. This volume change sucks and discharges liquid into and out of each space. With the continuous rotation of the inner and outer toothed rotors, the liquid continuously sucks in and out of the pump body, forming the suction and discharge effect of the pump.
All flow components of the flexible rotor pump are meticulously cast with stainless steel, and the rubber rotor operates gently, making it not only versatile but also possessing some reliable characteristics. It has excellent dry self suction ability and strong conveying capacity, making it ideal for conveying fluids and semi fluids with shear sensitivity, medium to low viscosity, and suspended particles.
