DESCRIPTION:
The ZCQ type self suction magnetic drive pump replaces dynamic sealing with static sealing, keeping the flow components of the pump in a sealed state, solving the problems of running, emitting, dripping, and leaking that cannot be avoided by other pump mechanical seals. The pump body and flow components are made of materials such as stainless steel, ceramics, tetrafluorographite, carbon graphite, and hard alloy, which are mainly based on actual reports. They not only have the function of a CQ type magnetic drive pump, but also integrate self suction into one, No need for bottom valves or irrigation water, easy and convenient to open and pump
This pump adopts an externally mixed axial return water pump body structure, which is composed of a suction chamber, a storage chamber, a volute, a reflux hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber, and other parts. The structure is shown in the schematic diagram. After the pump is started, under the action of centrifugal force, the remaining liquid in the suction chamber and the air in the inlet pipeline are stirred by the impeller to form a gas-liquid mixture. The mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the volute, and as the speed slows down, it causes gas-water separation. The air is discharged from the pump outlet, and the liquid returns to the pump through the return water hole. After multiple cycles, the air in the inlet pipeline is discharged, forming a certain vacuum degree in the pump and achieving self suctionThe pump has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, small volume, low noise, excellent operation, and convenient maintenance. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, electroplating, printing and dyeing, food, research and other units to pump acid, alkali, oil, rare precious liquids, toxic liquids, volatile liquids, as well as supporting circulating water equipment, especially for the pumping of leaking, flammable, and explosive liquids
