The ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is a single-stage, single suction vertical pipeline centrifugal pump. It is designed by our scientific and technological personnel in collaboration with domestic water pump experts to select excellent hydraulic models and use the performance parameters of the IS type centrifugal pump. It is cleverly combined and designed on the basis of general vertical pumps. At the same time, suitable hot water, high temperature, and corrosive chemical pumps and oil pumps are dispatched on the basis of ISG type according to different usage temperatures, media, etc. This series of products has advantages such as excellent results, energy-saving, low noise, and excellent performance.
1、 The basic structure of a vertical pipeline centrifugal pump consists of six parts
The basic structure of a vertical pipeline centrifugal pump consists of six parts: impeller, pump body, pump shaft, bearings, sealing ring, and packing box.
1. The impeller is the core part of a centrifugal pump, with high rotational speed and high output. The blades on the impeller play a major role, and the impeller needs to undergo static balance experiments before assembly. The inner and outer surfaces of the impeller are required to be smooth to reduce friction losses caused by water flow.
2. The pump body, also known as the pump casing, is the main body of the water pump. Plays a supporting and fixing role, and is connected to the bracket for installing bearings.
3. The function of the pump shaft is to connect the coupling with the electric motor, transmitting the torque of the electric motor to the impeller, so it is the main component for transmitting mechanical energy.
4. Bearings are components that are placed on the pump shaft to support the pump shaft, and there are two types of bearings: rolling bearings and sliding bearings. When using butter as a lubricant for rolling bearings, it should be added appropriately. Generally, if the volume is too large, it will heat up, and if it is too small, there will be noise and heat up! The sliding bearing uses transparent oil as a lubricant and is filled to the oil level line. Too much oil will seep out and float along the pump shaft, and too little bearing will overheat and burn out, causing accidents! During the operation of the water pump, the temperature of the bearings is usually around 60 degrees Celsius, and if it is too high, it is necessary to investigate the cause (whether there are impurities, whether the oil quality is black, whether there is water ingress) and deal with it in a timely manner!
5. Sealing ring, also known as leak reducing ring. Excessive clearance between impeller procurement and pump casing can cause water in the high-pressure area of the pump to flow towards the low-pressure area through this clearance, affecting the pump's water output and reducing efficiency! A small gap can cause friction and wear between the impeller and pump casing. In order to increase reflux resistance and reduce internal leakage, delay the service life of the impeller and pump casing, a sealing ring is installed at the junction of the inner edge of the pump casing and the external support of the impeller, and the sealing gap should be kept between 0.25 and 1.10mm.
6. The packing box mainly consists of packing, water seal ring, packing cylinder, packing gland, and water seal pipe. The main function of the packing box is to seal the gap between the pump casing and the pump shaft, preventing the water flow inside the pump from flowing outside and the air from outside from entering the pump. Always maintain vacuum inside the water pump! When the friction between the pump shaft and the packing generates heat, it is necessary to rely on the water seal pipe to hold the water inside the water seal ring and cool the packing! Maintain the normal operation of the water pump. So during the operation and inspection of the water pump, special attention should be paid to the inspection of the packing box! The packing needs to be replaced after about 600 hours of operation.

The shaft seal adopts mechanical seals or a combination of mechanical seals, using imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium size mechanical seals mainly based on actual reports, and hard alloy materials, which have stable performance and can effectively extend the service life of mechanical seals.
4. Easy installation and maintenance, without the need to dismantle the pipeline and road system. As long as the pump coupling seat nut is removed, all rotor components can be extracted.
5. The pump can be operated in series or parallel according to the requirements of flow rate and head.
6. According to the requirements of pipeline layout, pumps can be installed vertically and horizontally.

1. ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump is used for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. It is suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, pressurized water supply in high-rise buildings, garden sprinkler irrigation, fire pressurization, long-distance transportation, HVAC refrigeration cycle, bathroom and other cold and warm water circulation pressurization and equipment matching, with a usage temperature of T< 80 ℃.
2. The IRG (GRG) type vertical hot water (high temperature) circulation pump is widely used in energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, papermaking, as well as boiler high temperature hot water booster circulation transportation in hotels and restaurants, as well as urban heating system circulation pumps. The IRG type uses temperature T< 120 ℃, operating temperature T< 240 ℃.
3. IHG type vertical pipeline chemical pump is used for conveying liquids that do not contain solid particles, are corrosive, and have a viscosity similar to water. It is suitable for departments such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food and pharmaceutical, and synthetic fibers, with operating temperatures ranging from 20 ℃ to+120 ℃.
4. YG type vertical pipeline oil pump is used to transport petroleum products such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, etc. The temperature of the medium being transported is -20 ℃~+120 ℃.
