AY single and double suction centrifugal pump is a modification and redesign based on the old Y-type oil pump series. It is a new product developed to meet the needs of modernization construction and adapt to the new generation of equipment centered on energy conservation as soon as possible. It has the following characteristics:
1. The bearing body components have replaced the original 35, 50, and 60 bearing bodies with 45, 55, and 70 bearing bodies respectively, improving the quality
2. The hydraulic flow part adopts the hydraulic model of an energy-saving pump, which has an average efficiency of 5-8% better than the old Y-type oil pump3. In order to maintain inheritance, the structural type, installation dimensions, and performance parameter range of AY type oil pump should be kept the same as that of Y type oil pump, which is convenient for the new renovation of old equipment4. The degree of generalization of components is good, and the standard parts are shared by several series of products5. Refined material selection, with the main body made of Class II and III materials, and the bearing body and other components increased to two types: cast steel and cast iron, providing favorable conditions for cold areas, exposed cold areas, outdoor use, and marine use6. There are three types of bearings: air cooling, fan cooling, and water cooling, which can be selected according to the different operating temperatures of the pump. Fan cooling is particularly suitable for areas with water scarcity or poor water quality
The structural characteristics of AY single and double suction centrifugal pumps:
AY single and double suction centrifugal pumps are divided into six types: single-stage single suction and two-stage single suction cantilever type, single-stage double suction and two-stage double suction two support type, two-stage single suction two support type, and so on.
The radial splitting of the shell is particularly suitable for conveying high temperature, flammable, explosive, or toxic liquids. Its installation method is supported by the horizontal centerline.
